Union Station...heading home.

"A country girl" feeling very intimidated by the huge station! A little different than leaving from Lynchburg, VA....People were very nice to me though. An older couple saw my confusion at boarding time and said, "you're with us," and made sure I got on the right train with them. Then the conductor never let me carry my own bag. I must have looked more confident than I felt though as I had several first time train travelers ask me questions - I helped the best I could with my limited knowledge from one other train trip:-)

The station was huge.

Taking advantage of free Wi Fi while I waited for my train.

Lining up to board the train.

On board at last! I left about 7:00 and arrived in Greenville just before 6.

"Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."
Isaiah 55:6,8-1
